The Search Team has been busy!
Converge provided The Calvary Search Team with 5 new candidate applications on March 6th. First round interviews with 4 of these applicants took place on March 17th. These were 1 hour long virtual interviews. After much prayer, discussion and contemplation, the Search Team narrowed the list down to 3 applicants. Second round interviews took place on April 7th with the remaining 3 applicants. From this point the Search Team will begin inviting applicants for on-site visits so that we can get to know the applicants better. We hope everyone at Calvary will be encouraged to come out and meet the potential candidates. Please look for upcoming announcements regarding the day/times for these visits. Please continue to pray for the potential pastor candidates as well as the Search Team! We need your prayers! Thank you!

The pastoral search process is moving forward with unity and purpose!
This past Saturday the committee met for a half day session with conference leadership to outline the characteristics and values of the individual God is appointing to lead our congregation. Discussion was lively, much was accomplished, and a consensus was reached that we are looking forward to a person that will come to Calvary and form real relationships with both congregation and community. It strikes us as a team that there is a great desire within Calvary for authenticity and sincerity and that this person must value both! We thank you for your continued prayer and support. Yours in Service. The Pastoral Search Committee - Eric Carpenter - John Kissinger - Amy Pollock - Jessica Gillette - Dave Sexton - Scott Kemler - Pastor Leo |
